Going through my own healing journey got me thinking, 'What if I had learned these amazing tools during my teens?' Could my journey have been different if I knew how to stand confidently in my own power? If I truly understood the importance of tuning in to my inner voice? If I had the skills to let go of what didn't feel right for me?

Looking back, I wish I could have seen my true self during those teenage years. I wish I grasped the significance of being aware of my thoughts and emotions and knew how to navigate them during those times of intense change, when hormones were raging and I was still trying to figure out who I was. It's mind-blowing to think how incredible that could have been! I mean.. A-ma-zing!

And so... Enter Teen Ror.

This is the heart of my practice – creating a safe, welcoming space for teens like you. A place where I can listen, guide, and share tools that will ignite your inner strength. Drawing from my own experiences, I want to walk beside you as we embark on your healing journey together. My mission? To empower you to embrace your courage, live with intention, and grow into the amazing woman you're meant to be.
